Having recently toured in America with acoustic-folk extraordinaries The Civil Wars, and embarking on a UK tour in February, The Staves are too polite and delicate a band to miss. Described as ‘Mumford & Sons meet The Corrs’, their harmonies are soft, supple and overtly rhythmic, inviting the listener into what feels like the musical embodiment of a hug.
